Story of Zakariya & Yahya (as) Lecture by Anwar Al-Awlaki & Shady Al-Suleiman

Al-Imran; In which Imran was a righteous man and the prophet. Allah SWT sent to bani Isra’il at that time Zakariya [AS]. He comes from the descendants of Dawud and Sulaiman [AS]. Zakariya was married to Ashya the sister of Maryam [AS]. Their mother; her name is Hanna. So Imran was married to Hanna. Imran and Hanna had two girls. One; her name is Ashya that was married to Zakariya [AS]. And another girl; her name was Maryam [AS] and of course there’s a big age gap between Ashya and Maryam.
Allah SWT mentions the story of Maryam, Zakariya, Yahya and Eesa [AS]. They’re all related story together.
One day the wife of Imran she made a pledge; she made an oath; a vow. “O Allah; I vowed to you what is in my womb” [Quran Chapter 3. Verse: 35].

He says “A beast came to us on this island. It had so much hair on it. That we could not tell the front from its back. Which was its head, which was its tail, we didn’t know. And we said, what are you? Never seen a creature like you before. And she spoke.

The beast said, I am Jasasa.

They said, What is this Al Jasasa?.

Do Not Delay Nikaah by Mufti Ismail Menk

Do not delay Nikaah [Marriage] unnecessarily. Once Nikhaah is ready. The two parties are happy. Get the Nikkah done. So that any relation that happens between them thereafter, happens in a way that is permissible. Sometimes people say ‘No my daughter is engaged.’ Brother 3 years later your daughter (She’s engaged). Brother 3 years have passed. She had 2 abortions in the process do you know that? I’m not joking. I’m serious.

My parents! you don’t know what we know. They come to us for help. When they cannot talk to you. I know. We cry when we see the children of the good people sometimes people we know! And they come to us you know what. “I have this problem, That problem.” “But sister you are engaged to the man. How could this have happened!!!”

Rasullullah [Saw] says: “The Major Signs are beads in a string, when the string is cut; All of them would fall down”.

So the 10 signs are very close to each other. What are the 10 signs?

1. Ad-Dajjal [The False Messiah].
2. The descendancy of Eesa ibn Maryam [Saw].
3. Yajuj and Majuj.
4. Three earthquakes, One in the East
5. One earthquake in the West.
6. One earthquake in Arabian Peninsula.
7. Ad-Dukhan [Smoke].
8. The rise of the sun from the west.
9. Ad-Dabbah [The Beast].
10. A fire that comes out from Yemen.
